have you ever noticed that many of the people you meet, or are even friends with, have the strangest ideas about anime? usually, they either think that it is all porn, pokemon, or dragonball z. some of the more enlightened may even conjure up images of mecha - robotech, voltron, etc. sometimes, they may even remember that girls cartoon that sucked... oh, that sailor thing...
ignorance sucks.
the mission of Striclty Shoujo is simple:
1. have a simple, easy place to learn about shoujo anime and manga
2. provide up-to-date information about the shows/comics
3. include links to great informational and commercial sites
4. also link up to great fan sites
5. prove that anime can be better, cuter, funnier, and more respectable than most people realize
education rocks.
strictly shoujo is dedicated to providing all of these things, with some help from the otaku out there. d'you know a good show we've ignored? or have a great site that should get listed? then join us!
